Islamabad Community Library (I-8)

Islamabad Community Library (I-8) was established in year 2008 in collaboration with Capital Development Authority CDA Islamabad. Objective of the library is to provide reading services to the community at their doorstep and to serve the public with knowledge resources, as a centre of lifelong learning.

Library Membership

Membership of Islamabad Public Library is free of cost for the residents of Islamabad/Rawalpindi, but for the security those who wants to become a member and wants to borrow book will have to  pay Rs. 1000/- for the security which will be refundable.

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

(01:00 PM to 02:00 PM Prayer Break)

Friday: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

(12:30 PM to 02:00 PM Prayer Break)
